Noël — Le Tartan Table Runner

The dress tartan run the length of the table — scarlet ground, green blocks at the intersections, a blue over-check, hairlines of white and yellow.

A tartan runner does the work of a tablecloth without hiding the table, and it is the piece that ties the setting together: the same sett is on the plates, on the napkins, and under the fir border of the Fir with Pinecones mat. Lay it down and everything else in the collection has somewhere to sit.
