Noël — Pomegranate (8 Plates)

Noël sets the winter table of a French country house — a red cane lattice laid over deep forest green, with a single botanical sprig drawn at the centre in the manner of an old engraved plate. The Pomegranate design halves the fruit to show the seeds, dark red and close-packed — the fruit that has held its place on the French Christmas table for centuries, one of the thirteen desserts, and an old emblem of plenty in the year to come.
