Description

A gift wrapped with intention is a different thing entirely from one that simply arrives covered. The Les Fleurs Crimson stripe paper asks the wrapping to do some of the work: to announce something before the box is opened, to give the occasion a visual register that feels considered rather than incidental. The alternating bands of deep crimson and warm complementary tones derive their character from the Les Fleurs botanical palette — the same crimson ground that carries the botanical illustrations, now resolved into a clean stripe that reads at once as gift paper and as a table element.

The same design reads as a table runner. Unrolled flat beneath a vase, a cake stand, or a gathering of glasses, the alternating bands hold a table setting together without dominating it. Pairs naturally with the Les Fleurs Crimson plates, the Crimson guest towels, and the botanical napkins from the same collection.

Printed on 90 gsm fine art paper, smooth matte or high-gloss finish. Three sizes: 30″×36″, 30″×72″, and 30″×180″. Part of the Les Fleurs collection.

A Few Notes on Use

Score fold lines lightly against a straight edge before creasing. To use as a table runner, unroll and allow to relax before positioning. The reverse takes handwriting well.

A Note from Jeff

The crimson stripe is the most direct piece in the Les Fleurs collection: the botanical palette reduced to its richest and most declarative color, resolved into a form that works for wrapping and for a table in equal measure. No botanical illustration, no marbled ground — just the stripe, doing exactly what a stripe does when the color is right.

For a table set with the Les Fleurs crimson plates and napkins, the runner completes the arrangement. For a gift wrapped in it, the color announces itself before the ribbon is untied.
